What you’ll be doing
- Managing the operational team – including planning, scheduling, recruitment, training, and supporting volunteers and staff
- Maximise the income and sustainability of the enterprise
- Work with the organisations employability team to ensure strong employability opportunities and training are being offered
- Managing and maximising the service budget
- Work with Move On’s marketing team to ensure the consistent promotion of MOWR products and initiatives
- Manage all stock, including stock purchasing
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to the Director of Operations, CEO, and Board
- Maintain and update policies, ensuring these are adhered to by staff and volunteers
Requirements for this role
- Two years’ management experience in a social enterprise or similar organisation
- Experience of growing income/earnings
- An understanding of the importance of H&S, and demonstrable experience of managing a safe working environment
- Strong relationship building skills, and an ability to develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Current clean driver’s license
- Membership of PVG scheme (or willingness to join)

- A salary of £30,407, incrementally increasing once in role to £33,786
